Think we will. They come thin crust and stone-baked, made with only fresh ingredients, and in a range of flavours that get us pretty excited. It’s worth mentioning too that even though there’s as much skill in the kitchen as any other place on this list, the price tag won’t break the bank.Ī post shared by CRATE Brewery one’s actually a brewery with a great selection of home-brewed craft beers, but CRATE Brewery’s pizza menu is too good to leave off this list. Silo pizza update#

I will update my review as soon as I try some more things on the menu and have some additional experience at this establishment. I will probably go back because this is a favorite of one of my friends and maybe next time I'll try a burger and some additional appetizers. The ambiance is very nice they have a cool train on the ceiling and a very unique building. The actual pizza was good once you get past that. I just picked some of them off and it was good. The tomato's in the tomato sauce on the pizza were a little too chunky at times for me I assume that might just be the way they do it and if that floats your boat I get it and that's totally fine. Pizza was decent and I ate all of it except the crust I just wish the crust had a little more flavor to it or give an option to make it a different kind of crust. I also found myself having to flag down the waitress to refill our water a couple times even though it wasn't that busy. Not a big deal whatsoever but I found that a little strange as I've never experienced that before at any restaurant. Service was quick and fast however there were some hiccups in the service such as having to change servers because they were too busy apparently but there weren't a whole lot of people there. My friends and I ordered the cheesy garlic bread with marinara which was very good and I was very surprised (better than Cheesecake Factory). Like a previous reviewer, I am new to the area and visited the Silo Restaurant last night.
